The National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC) has released the 2024 National Counterintelligence Strategy. The strategy serves to educate the counterintelligence community and provide security frameworks for strategic and operational planning, programming, resourcing, and evaluations.
One of the strategy’s main pillars is the protection of America’s strategic advantages, highlighting critical infrastructure including the energy sector. The overall objective is aimed at increasing resilience, denying adversaries access, and deterring future threats.
Texas RE encourages Responsible Entities to refer to the National Counterintelligence Strategy for more information on how the NCSC will implement its goals and strategies.
