Important GADS Reporting Information

Data Reporting Instructions for all Generating Availability Data System (GADS) Reporting have been updated for 2025. The changes include corrections and clarifications identified during the 2024 reporting year. In-person training for GADS reporting will be conducted at the following locations and dates.

• GADS Conventional Training: April 9 – 10, 2025
  • Two full days 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Location: Charlotte, NC
• GADS Wind and GADS Solar Training: April 29 – May 1, 2025
  • Two and a half days
  • Location: OATI Offices, Bloomington, MN

A full announcement with registration links, location details, and lodging information will be distributed in mid-February. This training will be in-person only with no option for remote participation. Additional remote training resources may be available later this year.

In addition to NERC training, Integ Consulting is hosting short webinars on GADS in February: Conventional (Feb 12), Wind (Feb 11) and Solar (Feb 26).  Texas RE and NERC have participated recently in some of these.
