Austin American-Statesman Top Workplaces

Texas RE has been named a Top Workplace by the Austin American-Statesman for the third year in a row and placed in the top five of the small company category (50-149 employees). Additionally, Texas RE’s President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Albright was recognized with a special award for outstanding leadership.

“One of our primary corporate goals at Texas RE is to foster an outstanding workplace culture,” said Jim Albright. “Our employees drive this initiative, so I’m very pleased that for the third year in a row our company has been affirmed to provide an environment where people enjoy working while performing at a high level.”

These awards are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey that measures 15 culture drivers critical to the success of any organization.
