As the Bulk Power System (BPS) undergoes a historic change driven largely by Inverter-Based Resources (IBRs), NERC is expanding the scope of IBR generator owners and operators responsible for data submissions. On August 6, Texas RE's Chief Engineer and Director of Reliability Outreach, Mark Henry, will review how and when registered entities submit their data.
