BES Exception Request Substantive Review Period Extension  

In accordance with the NERC Rules of Procedure, Appendix 5C, and after receiving the concurrence of NERC, Texas RE has extended the substantive review period for a BES Exception Request by three (3) months due to a delay in receiving supplemental information requested by Texas RE. 

The Submitting Entity has been given notice of the extension and the date by which Texas RE will issue its Recommendation that the Exception Request be approved or disapproved.
