In a Compliance Oversight Plan (COP), Texas RE identifies entity-specific risks by choosing Risk Categories that are common across Regions, which capture the unmitigated and operational risks of a registered entity. NERC has provided an updated list of Risk Categories and the associated Reliability Standards on its website. The updated list can be found here.
